Cutaneous and Cardiac Myxomas in a Patient with Carney Complex

An 18-year-old man presented with right-sided weakness,exertional dyspnea,and palpitations. His medical history was significant for a left atrial myxoma that was excised 5 years before his current presentation. He had progressive swelling over the right side of face and malaise,weight loss,and a low-grade fever.
